Wheatstone to Present Paper at UMass Soils Conference

Wheatstone's Principal, Carl Shapiro, has been invited to speak at the University of Massachusetts Soil Conference in October, 2005. His paper is titled The MCP and Pay-for-Performance,  which addresses advantages to Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs), whose sites require remediation, to contract under a Pay-for-Performance agreement that provides the PRP with site remediation goals and a quantified timeline for achieving results.
