Wheatstone Working on Target Project

Wheatstone is providing environmental services for a future Target store in Swansea, Massachusetts. Wheatstone was selected by the property owner and project developer, RK Associates of Dedham, MA, and joins design team member and longtime client RJ O’Connell of Stoneham, MA. Wheatstone is conducting due diligence activities in accordance with specific Target corporate protocol and general ASTM requirements. Wheatstone’s work also includes pre-demolition surveys for the existing buildings that will be removed to make room for the new Target development. In addition, underground tanks and an oil/water separator, which were part of a former use, were removed under Wheatstone’s assessment and management. | ||
