Wheatstone Principal Serves on IBP Nominating Committee

Wheatstone Principal, James P. Murphy, recently served on the nominating committee for the Institute of Brownfield Professionals (IBP). The IBP, www.brownfieldpros.org , develops programs, services, and materials to help members respond effectively to a changing business climate without compromising their professional integrity or the quality of their technical services.

Mr. Murphy was the first Registered Brownfield Professional in Massachusetts and represented ASFE, www.asfe.org , on the nominating committee. ASFE was formally launched in 1969 to identify the causes of professional liability claims and losses and to develop programs and materials to help geoprofessionals avoid such exposures in the future.
