Wheatstone Evaluates Boston Scientific Properties

KMB Group created a design team of professionals, including Wheatstone, to assess several properties located along the Charles River that are owned by Boston Scientific. The properties were previously developed with a long manufacturing history. The past property uses were reviewed by Wheatstone as were the extensive disposal site and response action histories.

 

Wheatstone digested volumes of environmental reports to provide our client with the detailed information necessary to make an informed business decision on whether or not to purchase the highly desirable properties. Wheatstone’s work was coordinated with additional design team members to provide fast, efficient and cost effective recommendations.
