CVS has retained Wheatstone Engineering & Consulting, Inc. to provide third-party LSP oversight services at the property of its Chestnut Hill store, where its tenant, Cumberland Farms, experienced a release of gasoline to the environment. Wheatstone’s LSP, Jim Murphy, is responsible for interacting with the LSP-of-Record for Cumberland Farms, the Responsible Party, during remediation and assessment activities for compliance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, including ongoing product recovery from the subsurface. |
