Wheatstone Assesses Historical Commercial Waterfront Property

Wheatstone was engaged by a client to quickly assess a desirable historic commercial waterfront property with a long development history – dating back prior to 1700. Wheatstone put together a design team of specialists and within ten days, over July 4^th weekend, provided a report discussing the onsite structures, local permitting documents, historical uses, past presence of underground storage tanks, and nearby release history that may impact the referenced land. Based on Wheatstone’s rapid response the client was able to quickly understand the current and future property issues and make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the purchase.
