www.nedevelopment.com) to assist in the development of a premier 1,100,000 square foot mixed-use complex in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Wisconsin Place (
www.wisconsinplace.com) is a first-class space featuring Bloomingdales and a Whole Foods Market, luxury residential apartments with a community center and park-like open spaces, boutiques, restaurants and offices, with underground parking and on-site Metro access. Wheatstone will provide facility management expertise for the project, being developed in two phases and scheduled for completion in 2008.
