Carl Shapiro provided third-party LSP oversight services to the Canton Conservation Commission during remediation and site closure of an abandoned gasoline service station abutting the Neponset River. Wheatstone was responsible for interactions with the LSP-of-Record for the property owner, and providing documentation of the activities and reporting back to the ConCom on a regular basis. Mr. Shapiro’s experience as a Commissioner of the Needham Conservation Commission enhanced the level of services provided to the town of Canton, in assuring that both local and state regulations were adhered to during the site closure, in anticipation of a Dunkin’ Donuts food outlet. |
