Firm Successfully Closes Site in Brighton

Wheatstone  filed regulatory closeout documentation for a Brighton disposal site where a reportable release was originally discovered in the 1980s, and a Waiver of Approvals was issued by DEP. Recently, a Class C RAO with a Temporary Solution was filed. However, Wheatstone's work achieved a Permanent Solution and a Class A RAO was submitted to DEP to close the site.
