Firm Assists Client in Negotiating Compliance Agreement with DEP

Wheatstone’s LSP was retained by a major petroleum bulk transporter to take over a site as the LSP-of-Record, for a release of gasoline resulting from a UST overfill. Our LSP also successfully negotiated an agreement with DEP on behalf of its client to address non-compliance issues that occurred prior to becoming the LSP.
