DEP Announces Enforcement Actions as Focus

The Massachusetts DEP sent out an advisory to PRPs (DEP News, February 18, 2004) that it will become more focused on enforcement of several disposal sites that have not complied with regulations and progress toward site cleanup. An area of specialty within Wheatstone is assisting clients in returning sites back to compliance, and mediating cooperative and achievable resolutions of environmental enforcement issues.
