Carl Shapiro Authors LSP Contracts Article for LSPA

Wheatstone’s Principal and the Loss Prevention Committee have interviewed LSPs and other environmental professionals in Massachusetts about special contract terms that are currently utilized, and several that should be considered for use, in an environmental contract that provides professional services of a Licensed Site Professional. Mr. Shapiro is currently writing an article on this subject that will appear in the upcoming LSPA Newsletter.
