The LSP Association, in conjunction with the Loss Prevention Committee, is now offering LSPs a confidential peer review of Response Action Outcome (RAO) and Downgradient Property Status (DPS) documents prior to their submission to MassDEP. The LSPA Peer Review service may be most beneficial to LSPs at small firms and sole practitioners who may not have access to another LSP or qualified professional to complete a similar review of the MCP document before filing. The LSPA developed this program as part of its risk management assistance to the membership. |
